1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using shoprekove.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Rekove, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place an order. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. About Rekove

Rekove is an e-commerce brand selling True Joint Cream, a topical cream containing magnesium chloride, MSM (organic sulfur), Boswellia (frankincense), arnica and lavender, and related products. We ship worldwide and process orders through our Shopify-powered store at shoprekove.com.

3. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf;
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• Not prohibited from purchasing or receiving our products under applicable law in your country or region.

True Joint Cream is intended for adults. Do not use it on anyone under 18 without the approval of a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
• We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors at any time. Where a correction affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer you the choice of proceeding or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. Where we do, you receive a full refund.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved gateways.
• By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• Rekove does not store your full payment card details — all transactions are processed by our payment provider.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not form a binding contract until we confirm your order by email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide.
• Our stated delivery window is 2–3 business days processing plus 6–12 business days delivery — 8–15 business days in total. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
• Rekove is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, not when they are handed to the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, that is ours to resolve — see our Return & Refund Policy.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the price you pay us.
• It is your responsibility to check that this product may lawfully be imported into your country.

8. Product Safety & Disclaimer

True Joint Cream is a cosmetic topical skin cream. It is not a medicine, a medical device, or a drug. It has not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and is not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). It is not approved by the TGA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or ailment.

• Rekove is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice. All content on this Site — product descriptions, guides, and marketing materials — is for informational purposes only.
• For external use only. Apply to clean, unbroken skin. Do not apply to broken, damaged, irritated or sunburnt skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mucous membranes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with water.
• Patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. This cream contains botanical ingredients — including arnica, Boswellia (frankincense) and lavender — which are known contact allergens for some people. Discontinue use immediately if redness, rash, itching or irritation develops, and seek medical advice if it persists.
• Check the full ingredient list before use and do not use it if you have a known allergy to any ingredient.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have an existing skin or medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Nothing sold here replaces medical treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or the advice of a qualified professional. Do not stop or change any prescribed treatment on account of using this product.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
• Individual experiences vary. Rekove makes no guarantee of any specific outcome.

9. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference: shoprekove.com/policies/refund-policy.

Key points:

• 90-day promise — use it properly for up to 90 days from the day it is delivered; if it hasn't made a difference, email us for a full refund. One guarantee refund per customer.
• Unopened jars may be refunded within 14 days of delivery.
• You never need to post anything back to us, under any part of that policy. We do not ask customers to pay return shipping.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — text, images, logos, descriptions, graphics, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Rekove or is used by Rekove under licence, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content without prior written permission from Rekove.
• Rekove is a trademark of Rekove. Other product names, brands and marks referred to on this Site remain the property of their respective owners.

11. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during checkout or communications
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from the Site without permission
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with other users
• Use our branding, trademarks, or product names without written consent

12. Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a product review, photo, testimonial, or any other content to Rekove (via email, social media, or any other channel), you grant Rekove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution as you provided it.

We will not edit a review in any way that changes its meaning, and we do not publish reviews written by anyone who has not bought the product. We may shorten a long review for space, or correct an obvious typo, and nothing more.

You confirm that any content you submit:

• Is your own genuine experience, accurate, and not misleading
• Does not infringe the rights of any third party
• Does not contain offensive, harmful, or unlawful material

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in it excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for customers in Australia, the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Rekove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
• We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• Rekove is not liable for any adverse reaction, injury, or outcome arising from misuse of our products, use contrary to the guidance in section 8, or failure to consult a healthcare professional where appropriate.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rekove and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
